All images delivered to the customer are fully licensed for commercial or personal use, unless stated otherwise. UBANIST LTD retains no rights over delivered files.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. All prices are shown before checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

4. Order Fulfillment

All products are digital and will be delivered via email or download link within 24–72 hours depending on order volume and complexity.

5. Limitation of Liability

UBANIST LTD is not liable for misuse of the images after delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring they use the content in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
